First National Commercial and First National Real Estate The First National Real Estate group is a group of real estate agents who over 20 years ago formed a co-operative with the express purpose of developing common practices through the sharing of information and resources. Forming a commercial division over ten years ago, First National has since been extremely active in the commercial property market. The commercial division - through National seminars and training programs - has been able to develop strong commercial property skills in key locations across Australia. The group now intends to expand its commercial presence in New Zealand and through its 100 member offices, has started the selection process for members to become accredited Commercial offices. These will be located in major cities and large regional centres.
