They say that behind every great team is always a great Business Systems Administrator and such is the case with Brenda as she has extensive experience in all aspects of Property Management - Residential, Commercial, Strata Management and Office Administration.

It was during the infancy of our Agency that Brenda developed a passion for property management with a vision to create a property management department totally committed in offering a professional, personalised service to all clients.

Such dedication and passion paid off as more staff were recruited to assist her in achieving this goal. Brenda was awarded the First National Property Manager Award in 1995 and previous to that was accredited by REIWA as a Residential Property Management Specialist. To ensure they knew their specific responsibilities Brenda wrote our Best Practice Procedures and was successful in obtaining our initial Quality Assurance Accreditation 15 years ago.

Thirty years on times may change but some things don’t. Brenda is still highly organised, extremely efficient and dedicated to ensuring we retain our Quality Assurance Accreditation each year.

Brenda remains very much focused on the administration and financial controls of our Company yet understands the need for innovative marketing of today’s real estate agency.

Brenda comments “I have always been able to find a lot of passion in my work which has helped me survive a very challenging role yet I am learning to take more time out for me with walking my dog, playing with my grandchildren and having time with my family”.
