Tamara Wrigley sparked her thriving property career at the young age of 19, studying a Property Management Traineeship at REIQ. After completion of the course, Tam and her now husband Peter, opened their very first real estate agency in St Lucia, Brisbane. In the following years, their success grew, allowing them to open two more offices across South-East Queensland.
At the age of 26, Tam was co-owner and operator of three real estate agencies when she decided to place them on the market to concentrate on property development.
Her dynamic business style and relationship skills have made her a well-respected and sought-after property professional leading to several state and national industry awards including; QLD Property Management Office of the Year 2010 and 2011, Finalist for the Sunshine Coast Young Business Women of the Year 2012 and Winner of Sunshine Coast business Woman - Corporate Business Women of the Year 2013.
Tam continues to lead an extremely successful career in the real estate industry with a multi-million-dollar portfolio and owner of Carolan's First National, Nambour. Her 25 years in real estate have included the ownership and operation of five rental agencies, managing small to large portfolios of up to 300,000 million dollars, training staff and development of new offices.
